It looks like Katie Piper is the newest fan of the Victoria Beckham Collection. This drape front tunic dress, #49, that she wore to Red magazine's 'Red Hot Women Awards' at the Saatchi Gallery in London is the second dress she has worn in less than a week!
I really like the dress on her and I don't even mind the tights (although I prefer it without them). But the necklace takes away from the drapery in the front. A nice chunky bracelet would've been plenty.
