These products are beyond cool! They've kept our two son's and our two nephews occupied for extended periods of time. Isaak tested these products out. It literally took Daddy only 7 minutes to set up! He had no problems.

We took him to Whole Foods a few days later. Isaak did much of our shopping! He was so entertained with having his own cart. Usually I'm saying, "Isaak stay with me!" or "Isaak if you can't stop running, I'll have to put you in the cart {my cart}." He also offers to help me push my cart, which takes forever. I love that he now has his own cart. He kept up with us. Most importantly he was happy the whole time. This cart made our shopping experience much more enjoyable!

Here he just stopped off for a cheese sample.

I had to take a picture of the set all packaged up! It super cute!

It comes with the works. Maybe it could come with some Olive Oil spray ;). It has a pan, 12 cookies, cookie dough container, spatula, knife and oven mit. 

What the boy's and I like is that the cookies are attached with Velcro. It makes them easy to pull up with the spatula. Also the top of the cookies are attached with Velcro as well. This is where the knife comes in handy! Mica calls these cookies, "Donuts." They look a little like both. ;)

Tropical Traditions Powdered Dish Detergent Review and Giveaway!

Tropical Traditions sent me Powdered Dish Detergent to review and giveaway! This giveaway is open to US and Canada.

I was really excited to try this ultra-concentrated chlorine free dishwasher detergent because Isaak tried to eat one of these:

 



He spit it out! I was so glad because I thought I might have to call poison control!



Tropical Traditions is known for their environmentally safe and non-toxic products. It is still harmful if swallowed. What I like is that it does not look like candy. It also is much better on my dishes!

I've ran five loads of dishes. They all came clean! No residue was left on our dishes!

• It only has a handful of ingredients: Sodium citrate, sodium carbonate, sodium percarbonate, surfactants, rinse agents and silicate.

Wordless Wednesday - These are a Few of Their Favorite Things

Mica's favorite thing right now is his new hat! We found it at Target for $4. He told the cashier that he was going home to change clothes to look handsome. 

The next day I didn't even have to tell him to get dressed. He went and put the same outfit on {hat and all}. We went to Costco, and he was singing, Singin' in the Rain and dancing down the isles. He was taking his hat off and dipping it down. It was a little embarrassing, but at least he was happy!





Isaak's favorite thing right now is his big Melissa and Doug Boston Terrier dog!

He loves his dog like he's real. I'm so glad he likes it because I can't get him the real thing. I would seriously die with all my allergy problems! Even the fake thing I vacuum down every once in awhile. Isaak's our sensitive one. He loves babies, puppies and kitty's.



Other Notes:

• Mica graduates preschool this week. We have a end of the year relay race event to attend at one school and at the other is a big graduation hat and robe thing event to go to.


• Isaak turns 3 on the 19th! I can't believe it! Where does time go?

Tropical Traditions Canadian Raw Honey Review and Giveaway!

Tropical Traditions sent me Canadian Raw Honey to review and giveaway! This giveaway is open to US and Canada.

Grandpa Spiehs has talked about raw honey; I have never tried it until Tropical Traditions sent me some! I'm a fan!



This morning I made Oat Meal Gems. It's a recipe I grew up with. The boy's and I like it best served with honey on top!

The recipe is super easy! Set your oven to 350 degrees. You combine the first 1/2 of the ingredients listed. Stir and set it aside.

 The you combine the second set of ingredients. Stir and combine both together.

Then pour in a greased {I use Olive Oil spray} 9x12 pan. Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick is inserted, and comes out clean.



Spread with Tropical Tradition's Canadian Raw Honey and you are set! YUMMY!

• It is only harvested during a 6-week period in the summer and comes from the frontier areas of Canada.

Topical Traditions Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens Review and Giveaway!

Tropical Traditions was kind enough to send me Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens to review and giveaway! 

This giveaway is open to US and Canada.

I was super excited to try something new! Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens comes in two flavors berry and mint. The berry kind is what I chose. I thought it would be good to add when we make fresh juice; it also sounded like something to add to fruit smoothies. On the canister it says that you can mix one scoop in with a glass of water. I tried it, and that tastes good as well.

I did add it to our juice this weekend.





Juice Recipe {Enough for a family of four}:





1 small watermelon

1/2 a catelope

1/2 a large cucumber, or one small cucumber

1 Scoop of  Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens in berry per glass of juice

I thought it was really good! You do need to stir it after drinking 1/2 a glass because the powder does settle.
